The Role:
As Director of Sales, you’ll spearhead our business development and sales strategy, driving market presence and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all North American business development and contribute to international opportunities. This is your chance to lead with vision, energy, and expertise in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Mach’s growth goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at OEMs.
- Market Development: Identify and capture new business opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Utilize CRM tools to monitor pipeline, forecast sales, and analyze trends.
- Industry Networking: Attend key events to expand Mach’s reach and influence.

What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $190,000/year (DOE)
- Uncapped commission: On-target earnings of $100,000+
